Description

We need a person for email customer support for our online business.

Business is in spanish and in Spain, but there are customers from all Spanish language countries.

it will be done only by email.

Required to be patient with customers, prompt attention etc. typical requirements for customer attention.

Schedule, its at your leisure since is by email BUT is required to be done in the morning your time, wich is evening Spanish time where many transactions, email communications etc are sent to solve.

Required 3-5 hours a day. Mon - Friday. (but probably it will be incresed as the business is growing at a high rate)

PAyment: 2$ per hour: MAKE YOUR BID for a generic 15 days period, so at 3 hours per day: 45 hours, at 2 $ per hour:90$ : make the bid around 90$. Do not bid for more than that, or your bid will be removed automatically. So dont bid for a whole month, or at 3$ per hour etc . Just bid for 45 hours period at 2$ maximum.

Payment every 15 days (we pay! see our profile and reviews)
Payment by GAF, paypal, or even we can arrange other way.

Residence required in Buenos Aires (i travel there some times) even better in Capital Federal. So in the future I may require to met with the person.

Paid Training time ( provided for current person doing this task ).
