Description

I have about 15-20 tables in PDF format that I would like converted to HTML (tables or CSS is fine) and to Microsoft Word.

The HTML and the MS Word should be completely editable. Please do not use software that makes the tables hard to edit. For the MS Word - I expect the data in their table format and for the HTML please use have simple formatting if using tables or CSS. I do not want a PDF image it has to be editable.
