Description:	I need a 30 page report on "How to effectively create hubs on HubPages.com" The report should be from researched material on hubpages.com and should include all of the following topics: 1) Best practices in creating hubs that don't get flagged as spam 2) Tips on how to miminize audits 3) How to maintain your hubs 4) How to get links back to your websites without being flagged as spam or "being too commercial" 5) How to create good content that abide by hubpages.com TOS 6) What NOT to do to your hubs 7) What SHOULD be done to your hubs to keep them operational etc The idea is to be able offer this report to a person who wants to learn how to create hubs that don't get flagged or deleted. * PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: * The final report should be my intectual property and all rights must be transfered to me and myself only.
