Requirements:

* Excellent English in writing and speaking. This is an absolute must.

* Full time availability

* IMPORTANT: You must be a smart, self-organized and self-contained worker. A quick learner. I don't have the time to explain you every detail. I give you general guidelines about the work and you must figure out yourself how things work and how to solve a problem. This is very important. I have other workers that can't work like that, they need detailed instructions for every single work step. I need someone who understands the work quickly and is able to make his own decisions in order to get the work done. Someone who may also supervise other workers below him. If I give you work then I expect that it gets done so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

* Previous experience welcome but not mandatory in the fields: keyword research, online marketing, SEO, Web 2.0, link building, article writing, web site design, data entry, virtual assistant, secretary.

Payment: This is a full time job. This means I expect that you don't have other jobs beside this one!! I expect 100% commitment. The monthly payment in the beginning is US$ 300 (~15k PHP). If things work as expected I will increase your payment to $500 (~24k PHP) a month within 6 months. Another increase is possible after a year

working times 2pm GMT+0 to minimum 10pm
so min 8 hours a day max 12 hours (rarely if deadlines)
6 days a week

You must commit to occasional audits with teamviewer in which we can monitor your desktop during working hours
this is done with teamviewer.com software
