Description: Hello there,

Currently we have about 20 domain names that we need small websites building for. This project is for one of these sites and if done well the other sites will be offered to the winner of this bid... you are quoting to build ONE website.

We provide you with:
• Domain name
• Topic and keywords
• Colour scheme / style
• Aim of the site
• Any specific text / code we want including on each page (i.e. page counter)

So that you can:
• design and build an attractive looking FIVE page website (+ contact page, no form required) containing search engine optimised content and page construction. The content area on each page of the site would need to be about 300 - 400 words of relevant (and unique!) text.

What we are looking for:
• Speed of service (like I said we have a growing number of these mini-projects to complete)
• Nice looking design (can be quite basic, no logo required but an attractive banner would be a nice touch)
• Search engine optimised pages for the keywords / topic provided
• Unique and original content that you will not copy or use elsewhere
• Well written in good English
• Ownership of the work / content passes to us upon payment
• Someone that is reliable i.e. does what they say they will do!
• Someone that is easy to deal with

I see this as an SEO / Content writing project rather than a graphic design project.

When quoting please quote ONLY for the above...

Depending on the price we may also require the site to have a simple way to allow links to be added i.e. have a links page and submission form etc. Links would need to be approved before displaying (assume php). In your PM please state how much EXTRA you would charge for this links page functionality.
