Description

Seeking full time marketing and admin rep to perform web based tasks. Admin responsibilities will include calling banks to conduct workout negotiations (as per script) for short sales and loan modifications. Must be able to speak fluent and clear english and willing to take on more responsibility as time progresses. Looking for long term stable and reliable relationship and willing to add additional workers as company grows. Must know basic web marketing, social media, some copy writing and some graphics a plus. any is real estate and marketing based firm. Knowledge of on line real estate lead generation, and website membership is a plus. Monthly budget is already established and will be shared upon interview.
