I'm interested in someone that can write a simple 1 page review style site similar to http://www.waterfuelsecretguides.com/ comparing 3 sites which I will provide - niche: solar power / wind power your home

Website template will be given - including all graphics - only text has to be provided.

Let me say that again: You ONLY need to provide the text for the different sections and I will add it to the template myself.
