Description:	Do to the rapid growth of your website, www.freesitesignup.com , we are needing some more people to answer emails from clients or potential clients. We have a website and we get customer support questions throughout the day. We probably have about 3-4 hours of questions to answer a day. 90% of the questions are already documented in our knowledgebase so you have to do the following: 1) Get familiar with the many questions and answers in the knowledgebase. This is the knowledgebase: http://freesitesignup.helpserve.com/?group=websiteowner http://freesitesignup.helpserve.com/?group=joinsite 2) Get familiar with our website (one time) 3) Throughout the day answer questions that come in via email to the people with questions (based on the procedures or answers already documented in the knowledge base) In order to select the person(s), please provide: 1) A sample of your writing (at least 1 page so that I can see you have fluent written English), which is an absolute requirement. 2) If you have any web-design skills that's a plus, but not a requirement. Just include some links to a blog, a website, etc., that you've done. If you have some internet marketing skills, include a link to articles, or blogs that you've done in this area. Not required, but is a plus if you have it. 3) Your hourly rate and an understanding that you would keep a report of tickets (emails) answered each day and that we would pay monthly based on your report of what was done and time taken. This is a job you can do while you do other projects - you could leave our email center open and check it frequently and then answer emails quickly and then return to other work that you have. 4) If you have many ratings here, great. If you don't please include at least 2-3 references or another site where we can check your rating to understand that you are reputable, honest, and follow through on what you accept. 5) Let me know the time zone you would be working in. I prefer to have someone in the USA time zone and someone internationally so that emails are answered as quickly as possible. Thanks,
