Description:	Full Time PPC/CPC Expert Position (Adwords, YSM, …) Salary: Entry Level starting at $2k / month Job Description We are looking for a gifted and technically “savvy” Pay-Per-Click Expert (Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, etc.) to join us and our TEAM of like-minded individuals in the Dating-Tips industry. You will be responsible for the day to day management, expansion and optimization of our paid search engine marketing campaigns (PPC / CPC). You must be "Search savvy" and competent of current and future Paid Search Engine Marketing / Optimization trends and technologies, especially with Google Adwords & Yahoo Search Marketing. Strong “competitor analysis” skills for keyword mining + research will be a requirement, including good research and creative solution skills. Copy-writing experience is also a bonus. You will always be on the lookout for better tools and techniques to streamline our paid search marketing process, improve customer experience, and deliver superior results. This position will be completely VIRTUAL, meaning you will not have to commute to an office every morning … but are able to work from the comfort of your own home, always being in direct contact with our TEAM online. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day PPC marketing tasks for our website “becomeaplayboy.com” and be given total autonomy on all PPC activities. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to …) - Keyword Mining / Research - Competitor Keyword / PPC Activity Analysis - Daily PPC (Adwords, YSM, MSN Adcenter) Management - Daily Split Testing of PPC Ads - Landing Page Development / Analysis - Tracking of PPC Traffic through Website - Keyword Bid Management to achieve ROI - Full ROI Analysis - Monitor, test, revise, update and refine ads + ad placements - Provide Reports on all PPC Activity - Provide Constant Growth through Scaling & Tweaking of all PPC Campaigns - Constant Research of Education in the subject of Paid Search Marketing Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience in Pay Per Click Advertising with Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing. - Comprehensive understanding of how to research keywords, both new and from competitors. - Know-How of good Ad-Copy writing & split-testing for maximum CTR & ROI - Strong Analytical Skills to achieve a solid ROI on all campaigns - Basic understanding of HTML - Strong personal “drive” to test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies to meet expectations. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) a plus but not required.
