Description

We are a web solutions provider for real estate agents. We are looking for two people with complementary skillsets who can accomplish a variety of tasks we have. If a single candidate can perform all of these tasks well, then that'd be even better.

We are looking to form and long term relationship and performance bonuses will be provided for the right candidates.

Requirements:
Candidate would work on a full time basis from own home/office (8hrs/day, 5days/week)
Candidate must be available by AIM, Yahoo, or MSN at all times during working hours
Training will be provided but the ideal candidate will be proactive about learning and require minimal supervision.

Initial ongoing tasks are listed below with the breakdown in number of hours of work.

Customer Support - 60%

Responding to customer emails and support tickets in a professional manner
- Requires excellent written English skills
- Good understanding of our product and services

Help clients make basic changes to their websites through their Admin Console web forms
- Requires basic HTML and Photoshop skills
- Creating a basic logo using a template we provide

Follow up with new clients who sign up for free trials
- Help clients make changes and customizations to their new site


Search Engine Optimization - 30%

SEO for clients' websites
- Perform basic SEO on the website including title and meta tags editing and minimal copy writing
- Search engine and directory submissions
- Locate potential link partners


Writing and Research - 10%
================================
Research and write articles for a monthly Real Estate Marketing Tips column
- Requires excellent written English skills
- General topics will be provided
