Description

WE need a very efficient and thorough project manager / analyst to conduct a good competitor analysis for an emerging web based software concept used in the nursing industry. We will provide names of competitors.
The analysis should include good description of competitors' product, pricing andincome generation model...etc....
We anticipate difficulties in locating pricing information...so the provider will have to be resourcefull on that end
Once the provider completes the study, they will then analyze our own application and devise a strategy and project specs in order to get produce a more competitive product.

Finally the provider will help choose a developper if our current developper is not good enough and mange the project to completion.

Any experience in healthcare,or nursing industry would be a plus but not required

This fee includes everything before the actual project management portion of the project. That portion will be computed as a percentage of the project costs.
