Description

I am reposting this because I couldnt get anyone to do the layout correctly earlier so I done it myself and it needs to be cleaned up. It is a simple job. I have a template with text that needs to be changed out with other text from a file and then styling added to the css. It should be a quick job I need 2 of these done based off the same template but different txt. I need it done within half hour. Price motivated so lowest bidder with qualifications wins.
