We need to convert a photoshop mockup file into a CSS based web page. If you are interested please provide me links to websites that you have created.

What am I looking for:
Someone who can complete this 24 hours
Cross browser compatibility
Designed to W3C standards (xhtml/css complient)
Simple use of xhtml (well written so that I can understand)
Easy for me to work with using dreamweaver
