NOTE project was posted before with the wrong budget.

I am looking for a CSS / HTML / XHTML guru with a good eye for design. The person should be able to hand code CSS and be able to follow instructions well. Browser compliance with IE6 / 7 / 8 , Firefox and Safari essential.

What we are NOT looking for is someone using Dreamweaver. What we ARE looking for is someone comfortable hand-coding CSS and also able to put together nice images as required. We are also looking for someone diligent who we do not need to check their work 10 times for errors. Also a good eye for graphics.

We currently have an initial small project we need to finish - to give an idea here are the action items:

1) The "contact us" on the left side of page should come down a little eg start at where the "office" is written
2) The products tabs at the bottom jumps into the top right side of page when you click on main pumps page
3) When you are on the video page the flyouts drop behind the videos should be the other way around
4) When you go to the 2nd set of flyouts ( Products/mfg/case studies) these should not be highlighted because if you
click on them you do not go to a page as you use the fly out instead.
