Description

I am looking for the development of custom theme on top of the latest version of Wordpress.org

This will be for a information site around remote control hobbies that will link to particular pages on my eCommerce site www.rchobbiesoutlet.com

I am looking for a fairly simple straight forward theme for the home page and for subsequent pages.
The home page and all other pages will have a banner picture at the top, and a directory of all topic/pages on the left.

Other requirements include:
- each new page should show the default banner picture (to be created as a collage of pictures of various RC products), but it must be easy to change this picture on each page
- It must be possible to add google or Yahoo ads on the right of the page (and potentially at the top of the page) -- the default will be no ads
- the theme must be 100% compatible with Wordpress.org and add-ons/extensions such as the SEO module such that I can use normal Wordpress functionality to add and edit text, pictures and video content
- There should be an option to add blogging to the site in the future
- There must also be the option on the home page to pomote an eBook and capture contact information
_ the directory on the left should support a hiearchy of at least 2 levels of pages-- so that I can have sub-topic pages for a major topic
- the design must be SEO friendly
- the developer must provide detailed guidlelines for how to use the theme, and support the theme during implementation and resolve any bugs or problems that occur

The developer must outline their past experience in building wordpress themes and provide examples
