Description

I have a wordpress template that I like the ad layout of, however the template is old and needs bringing up to date, this is what I want doing.

1. Change to three column layout
2. Change to more web2 look and feel
3. Make it widget and plugin ready
4. It should be able to show pictures and video on the front page at The beginning of each post when I need it to.
5. Replace the 6 interchangeable banners with something more modern

Don't change the way the adds are layed out and formatted
The colors are OK unless you have a better idea

In general I need the template bringing up to date, The template is going to be used for adsense auto blogs, so ad placement and SEO are important. The blog will eventually run on auto-pilot
