Would like a site like gumtree.com split into a few regions where the buyers can seel there products for free.

It will have other companys banners showing on the website, It willl have a choice of catgorys where customers can sell there products like clothes, software, freebies, stuff for sale etc. Also advertise personals, cars for sale, house or flat shares etc

It will have a easy to use admin area, the items can be added when the custoemr fills in the for this can take up to a hr to show.

The admin area will have a area where i can put the banners for other sites, options to add, edit or delete ads, remove accounts.

I would like people to register before they can advertise for free. this will be user name and password area showing if there adds have been approve, delete etc.

A place where customer can choose to show email and telephone or mobile number if not the website will email the advertisor.

I would like to see a mock up of the main homepage before the winner has been choosen so i can see what you can do.

I have hosting but will be willing to use other hosting, must not use to much space if possible.

Burget is upto £200 - £250 and must be done within 2 months.
