Description: I have attached an image of a web page that I would like to have re-created. The page needs to be created just as the image is layed out with the exeption of the top image. I have attached another photo (Pic 1) and would like that image created into the banner similiar to example. This should be a simple website as there is no flash and does not need any special rollover features. I would like the color scheme to be forest green.

When this job is complete, I require all files and must be compatible with both Windows Explorer and Firefox.
