Description

I need some one very experience in web design, i need to design several websites and make sure that you are able to create good and impressive web design.

You must have these quality:-

- you must know about Web 2.0 design
- you must able to create glossy buttons, logo and images.
- you must available at least 15+ hours on any IM.
- you must have 2+ year experience in web designing.
- you must know how to decrease the load of pages from using small images.
- your color choice must be very good and know what color combination is best for what theme.
- you have to give this design to me in a HTML format and this html page should be run fine in all major browsers like IE 5.5, IE 6.0, IE 7.0, IE 8.0, Mozilla 2.0, Mozilla 3.0, Safari, Opera etc.

This is a long term project and i want to choose lowest bid and highest experienced person for this project.
