* I want Flash banner (I already have 2 logos)

* you will Install all plug-ins need it (Your recommendations needed) including Set the permalinks and pinglist

* Capability to upload videos from YouTube

* Opt in box

* Linked to (Facebook, twitter you tube and 2 more websites etc, etc.)

Notes:
