I need a little character designed for a website of mine. I want it to go with the theme of my site and it will be on the header. This is a simple job for a skilled person.

Please only US based providers.
Will pay promptly.

A VERY rough design is attached. Please send all mockups, even draft ones, and you will be chosen by the best mockup...

I will need to have total rights to this character and all original designs. I will also need it in various different formats.
