Description:	I own the domain www.dropoutclinton.com and would like to hire an afforable web designer / graphic designer to build a simple website. I have three goals for the website: 1. To offer an online petition for guest to sign, it should be a simple text where users add their name, email address (optional) and a comment. Once the petition is signed, it should be emailed to an email address that I provide. 2. The left side of the page should have two buttons. One button for people to click to donate to the dropoutclinton campaign, make this professional and attractive looking and a second button for people to buy drop out clinton merchandise. I will hyperlink these buttons on my own later. 3. I would like a simple top banner.. basically the text "Drop Out Clinton" and under that text in smaller text "United We Stand, Divided We Fall" - just make this look very professional.
