Clone CSS and format for my blog theme

I need someone to adapt the CSS stylesheet and color scheme for this page http://www.rbge.org.uk/the-gardens/home into my existing blog theme at www.mymeditationgarden.com. The blog (mymeditationgarden.com) uses the Arthemia Premium theme. The website is about meditation, with the theme of a garden, so the end product should be calming and soothing and suggest garden colors.

Using this basic color scheme with a splash of color, we need the following images created for the page: Logo image – 190x90, Header banner – 728x90, single post banner – 468x60, sidebar banner – 300x250
Please bid based on the work listed above.

In addition, we would like to make each of our categories in our theme match the various color schemes on http://www.rbge.org.uk. Notice that when you select a category on this website, the entire color scheme of the page changes. We would like to achieve the same effect, using this CSS sylesheet, but we know this would require minor changes to our theme. Please provide a cost for this in addition to the basic work described above.

The freelancer who is chosen will complete the work described in the first two paragraphs, and escrow will be released for this amount. If we are happy with this work, the second phase (multi color) will be completed and escrow released. If we are not completely happy with the work, this will be the end of the project and we will hire another freelancer for the second phase. You will have all required access to the website.
