Description

I want to develop a clone of http://www.articledashboard.com/ for 4 domains.

The site must have:
registration capabilities
ability to pre-moderate article submissions
email capabilities to registrants
120x600 space for ads (google type, but variable)
Be optimized for each domain name
have 10 links from PR 5 or higher sites when completed.

The menu will include, in addition to the format of the site mentioned,

a directory listing of favorite sites (that I can add easily)
A forum
A blog
