Considering the unexpected amount of enthusiastic sollicitations, and the fact that all bids remain within my budget, I will allow myself to add some more requirements/questions:
-Freelancer must preferably work within European time zone (or close) for obvious ease of communication
-Freelancer must detail terms/conditions, customer satisfaction clauses. Advantage will be given to confident webdesigners offering high level of garantees.
-Considering my fixed budget is in euros, and the crisis is causing fluctuating exchange rates, I will favor freelancers accepting to be paid in euros.
I will be reviewing everyone's portfolios and offers, and consider making a decision within a couple of weeks!
Thank you for your attention!

I would like to thank everyone for enthusiastic applications.
I am currently reveiwing and comparing all your offers.
One thing that strikes me is no one has a rating yet, which is quite surprising... Is this because my project is posted on "trial" basis?
Webdesigners who have not sent clear/working URLs of their websites , clear examples of Flash work and complete proven qualifications will naturally not be considered.
I do not wish to dig in complex/foreign language websites and PDF documents to find relevant work, so I expect you guys to make my life a little easier ;-)
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello everybody,
Well there are a few days left before the end of bidding, and I have unfortunately not been 100% convinced by anyone.
I am sure that most of you are highly qualified professionals, but I really need to see more advanced Flash projects in order to choose.
This will be the last call for any of you who have really advanced work in Flash you somehow haven't showed me yet...
Please check the examples in my description to have an idea what I mean.
Wow me!

Hello everybody!
I would love to make a choice, but many of you are not sasisfying my demands/questions, especially concerning contractual terms, warranties, payment etc....
https://www.getafreelancer.com/news/articles-buyers-100.html
«Please note that any advance payments made to freelancers are made at the employer’s risk. While it is not unusual for service providers to request an advance payment, particularly on large-scale projects, employers are under no obligation to provide one and should only consider this option with well-trusted providers.»

« Can you risk hiring a provider with no feedback? Don’t take this question too lightly. New freelancers arrive on the scene daily and many of these new arrivals are extremely talented people. Many will be pricing their work a bit lower than the average, in order to establish themselves. If a bidder has no feedback, read that person’s bid and any private messages carefully and be sure to check out any samples. You may be able to help yourself by hiring promising new talent at a good price and gain an appreciative new resource. If your project is extremely sensitive in any way, you may want to consider only those bidders with a good track record. «

«According to the Consumer Protection Act, if a consumer must pay part of the agreed price of elements before delivery, the seller must provide the buyer a security for the advance payment.»
«A large advance payment poses a risk because there is nothing to guarantee that the company will not go bankrupt before the product has been delivered to the customer.»
«Furthermore, in distant sales, for example, from time to time scam artists collect advance payments without any intention of delivering ordered products. It is generally impossible for consumers to determine a company's reliability or financial situation before making an advance payment.»
In short, there is no obligation for a consumer to pay an advance for delivery of services.
Considering the distance, your lack of feedback, and the possibilities of scam, this would be an unnecessary risk I am not willing to take.
I am not a company, so I have no legal backup or funds whatsoever.
Therefore, I will strictly follow the GAF system, which means I will load the money on the site, so you can see it exists, and follow the milestone payment method.
Those of you who are confident enough in their skills, and honest, should have no problem with these demands...
Otherwise, I am overviewing your mess and portfolios, and will react to those who do "wow me" ;-)

Hello everybody,
I have sent some of you a message asking how I could possibly share up to 10 MB info about my project; before being able to award it to anyone,I do need to know whether you have a good understanding of my concept.
Indeed, through this site, I can only upload one file of 1024 KB. I know that it is forbidden to share contact information, but there must be a solution to this silly problem?
Please tell me what is possible!
Kind regards
Nawal

Hello everybody,
I must admit that I was extremely surprised to get replies over the week-end; in these parts of Europe, nobody works on WE, even freelancers! ;-)
Well, that must mean you are very hardworking, which is great! (but don't forget to rest once in a while, I don't want to have anyone's burnout on my conscience)
Everyone was uninumous about www.rapidshare.com, so I'm figuring it out, and will keep the shortlisted candidates (you know who you are) posted!
Greetings

Hello everyone,
After creating a collector's account on Rapidshare (allows several people to download the same files), I have no clue, nor can find any indications how you guys can access these files....
Annoying....
Please tell me how this works!
