Hi,
I need a very quick job for someone that already works in this.

Basically I Need to set-up the layout/theme part of a newly installed Drupal site.

I provide a newly installed Drupal site with access to databases.
and was thinking in buying this following theme for $60:

I was going to do all this by myself, but have time problems right now, and need it for this weekend, so need to hire someone to customise it for me,

This first stage would include:

1- General theme adjustments, add logos, add texts (I provide all texts , logos and images)
2- 2 languages support, with a first page with the selection for English/Spanish, and save this selection as default for next visits (if possible).
3- We need drop down menus on the top (I think theme includes them).
4- This will have a second, more relaxed stage where you could continue with more advanced parts of the design and will be contracted separately.

Optionals:
a- If you want you can offer to create the theme design and add $60 to your price, so I wont buy it. Keep in mind this image in the front with 4 horizontal bars at left, is a dynamic image that changes as you hover the mouse over the bars on the left.
Also keep in mind I need this with general working features for next Sat Oct 3rd (so please if you design the theme be sure not to invest too much time into it)

b- If you can perform the Drupal installation, then please state it along with price.

c- If you think you can do all this at a very good rate and very quickly but under Joomla, or other cms just let me know.
