Hi

I am looking to create a Q&A site like Askville.com using Joomla. There are some things on Askville that we don't need - like the answers to the most recent questions are not shown to unregistered users,we have list of popular members,etc. on the bottom of the homepage,etc. Those are not required.

We need to have the categories on the left bar, list of questions as displayed on the homepage (with pagination) and the individual pages.

Change to be made:
Unlike askville, question askers don't need to register. At the homepage, they post the question, enter their email address, enter a captcha and submit and the question is posted.

Also, members answering questions can also mention a URL and anchor text which will be mentioned beside the post.

NOTE 1: Please bid. Since most of the core design is taken care of Joomla, I am not expecting high bids. Also, remember that the design needs to be taken care of..It needs to look just as simple as Askville, though in some other color theme..

NOTE 2: Please bid the exact time you will take. And I need the website ready as soon as possible, so you will have to take care to ensure that the website is ready within the time mentioned.
