I have very less time so i need only serious bidders who can give me the project asap only.

I want a site SIMILAR(not same) as textbookrevolt.com
what i want is exactly stated below:

I want a FREE book sharing site like the one i specified above.
Users can post their books,interested buyers may be able to take the books.All for free.
One question arises is how would it be free?When someone requests for a book,he is given 2 options.Either to directly communicate with the owner of the book(via a PERSONAL MESSAGING SYSTEM on site)...the other option would be to let the owner of the site(admin) handle the matter.admin will contact the owner of book and arrange manually taking the book from owner and send the same to one who requested.

A transaction id should be generated in any case.E-mails should be sent to sender,reciever,admin accordingly.

There will be a tracking feature.When one enters a transaction ID in it,it will show the current status of the transaction.

When someone requests for a book,the status of the book should immediately change from available to Booked.

Inshort what i need is a book can be sold for free,purchased for free,in between all this-emails would be sent to owner of book,reciever of book and admin,users will be given option to select if they want to directly communicate with owner and complete the transaction or let admin me the mediator for the transaction to be completed.

If first option is selected,a user will be redirected to a PERSONAL MESSAGING SYSTEM on site where exchange of messages can take place between users.This Prsonal mesaging system should be something similar to what we have in forums like phpbb.

if second option is selected,a transaction id is generated and details of transaction alongwith its id is emailed to owner,reciever and admin.Admin would now do things manually.

I also expect an admin panel from where i can control everything.
