Hello,
I would like to have my site re-designed with the following features:

Front end
1) Member Login: Allow users to upload their available domains as well on the website.
2) Newsletter Signup.
3) Admin uploaded domains.
4) Paypal and Escrow Integration as well as Postal Payment Option for users to buy my domains.
5) Tools/Resources - Third party API integration.
6) Daily list/Monthly Archive.
7) RSS feeds (Embed on home page)

Backend: CMS
1) Text Aggregator: Format posts for site content. Headline and related article section would be formatted accordingly.
2) Manage feeds for RSS.
3) Manage Newsletter uploads.
4) Manage users.
5) Image uploader, to specific sections of the webpage (if needed)

- Implementation layer: PHP/Jscripts/AJAX/HTML/DHTML/CSS

Implementing Ajax tools especially using pagination to make site clean and no page scrolling. Only the selected area will be re-loaded instead of the whole page.

Some of the tools and resources I would like to have: whois, ping, traceroute, searching for available
domain names, searching pending deleted domains, reverse ip check, black list check, some of the features used in myipneighbors.com like Domain, Shared and contacts queries. Also would like to have
domain appraisals or page rank checker like in checkyourpagerank.net.

The user point functionality will be for users to:
1) Use the available tools on my site to do lookups or whatever. Instead of users going to 20 different sites to do lookup for each thing whether it be a domain name search or check for deleted domains, whois, traceroute, blacklist, etc. I want the user to have these tools available on my site.
2) Functionality and usability is a must.
3) Free advertisements if users want they can add thumbnails like in PhpLinkDirectory. This area would be a recirculating of ads small thumbnails, clean and confined.
4) Sell my domains as well as to have a list of available domains from registrars.

Please keep in mind the site is going to be used for free services. My only gain from the site is if I sell my own domains. I am open to suggestions and designs so if you have something in mind please let me know.
