Description

I need to send out a relatively small amount of emails, only 1000, but they will actually be in 20 different groups with 20 different unique email messages and subject lines.

These emails must be sent out on a Wednesday between 8am and 10am Pacific Standard Time. I will write the emails myself and I want them to be Can-Spam Act compliant, but I may need you to review them to make sure that they are.

The emails must avoid spam filters and must reach the recipients inbox. We will have several test emails in the 1000 to make sure that this requirement is met.

I don't care what the send from email address is, however, all replies and bounces must be sent to my email address. This email blast should be sent using your server, IP, and all necessary utilities to perform the task. Willing to pay up to 40 dollars for competition of this project.
