Where ads will be posted:
I need the ads posted in the Housing Category in Real Estate for Sale & some in apts/housing (the rent section). There will be pictures in all the ads so we get better viewings.

How the ads will work:
The ads will be ran in different cities across the US. Each ad will be posted 3 times daily. So you may have to change it up a little or create the text in a picture to get it to stick. I will be adding new ads throughout the month after the first month. So communication and service is important. We can email you everything for the ads (pictures, description). I also will have a URL in each ad.

How many ads:
I want to start with 1,000 ads for the first month. If you can successfully post 1,000 then the amount of ads will go up by 2,500 additional ads posted every month. Bid this job at 1,000 postings for the first month and then what it would cost for 2,500 a month, 5,000 a month, 10,000 a month, 20,000 a month, and 50,000 a month.

How often they need to be posted:
I want the ads to be posted throughout the month.
3 times a day
Ads will be posted every day of the week

Experience Required:
A track record of posting to CraigsList.org will really help. You MUST be familiar with posting ads to Craigslist. You also must know how to avoid getting ghosted and getting past Craigs List spam filters. I understand you cannot control getting flagged so that is not concern. I want you to be able to guarantee the ads sticking to Craigslist.org and not getting ghosted.

Payment:
I will pay you every month for the posting. After the job is awarded you I will pay for the first week of posting and you will have to prove that you can post the ads without them getting ghosted. After you have proved you can keep them from getting ghosted I will pay you the rest of what half of the full payment for that month would be and then the rest at the end of the month. After that I will set up payment on a regular basis through paypal or some other service. If this payment plan is a problem please specify how you would like to do it in your proposal. I’m somewhat flexible on the payment after you prove yourself.
