Description

I Need to know how many one way links it takes to get to PR 3 before the next Google update which is about 45 days. If the provider does this right I will give your name to my customers. This is a new site, but it will will already be in the directories.

-One Way USA sites only
-Has to be permanent and not disappear after a few days
-No link farms
-One link per IP/domain.
-All links must be static and direct using provided anchor text.
-All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking and the like
-No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
-Links must be from sites in English.
-Already established links will not count.
-Pages links are on must be cached in Google.
-No automated submissions, must be manually done
-No blacklisted or SPAM sites.
-Sites using dynamically generated links are not acceptable.
