Place your bids for email marketing campaign.
No Spamming.
I am only interested in Indian email addresses - who want to sell/buy/rent real-estate/properties in India. So person, who is capable of extracting emails from existing Indian real estate web sites, will have an advantage.
I am interested in quality of emails rather than quantity & spamming people's email boxes.
Emails sent, should not go to bulk or spam folder and also must not use some black/grey listed SMTP server.
I will provide basic contents/structure for the email/newsletter, any suggestion to improve & enrich contents will be considered.
You must have done similar kind of project.
In your PMB, please do include your strategy, including how you intend to do it, overall how many emails you will be able to achieve and also how many email per day you will send etc. Also include how the progress of campaign/project can be monitored i.e. just to confirm that you are sending emails as stated, further as part of that - I would like to have email addresses daily in comma separated text file and may send mail to random few people to ensure that emails address you are using are valid. If you have some suggestion regarding monitoring and verification as per your experience with previous project then please do mention and also if you can provide ref accordingly.

I would like to work with person who works in the best interest of the project rater then just for the sake of completion irrespective of any outcome and should have an attitude to solve the problems rather then coming up excuses.
Money will be paid after satisfactory completion of the project.
