Description

We have a list of 10,000 email addresses in Washington state and we have an email that we would like to send to all for them to sign up for our agency. The emails must be sent so it is not spam filtered. It needs to have opt-out option and be of professional quality.

There will be a newsletter in the email itself. No attachment.

We have an example of the image we have made and would like you to add professional flair to our idea.
