My firm runs a mortgage industry B2B email newsletter and we need new fresh VALID mortgage industry related email addresses in the following categories:

Group #1
Loan Officer, Mortgage Broker,Mortgage Lenders,Loan Originator

Group #2
Service providers to the mortgage industry who sell any type of services/software or products directly to group #1 above who we will market directly to advertise with us via our B2B newsletter. We will provide the Group #2 target titles and profiles for this effort to the chosen vendor as we know them very well.

Data can be obtained from various places including professional associations, state licensing listings and various industry websites,
forums, blogs etc etc. and good old fashioned research and digging.

We do not care where the data comes from, as long as there is allot of it and it is highly valid/deliverable.

Most important is the email addresses only, secondary will be the full contact info.

We are looking for a long-term relationship and will always have a need to have this data refreshed. Choosen partner will be tasked with being on the lookout new data sources for this and various other data projects. We will also consider a monthly retainer for the chosen vendor if this project goes well.

We are not looking for a few hundred emails here, we are looking for quality and quantity. ( thousands or tens of thousands )

Please respond only if you ahve the skills and resources to do this and have done it before and can also work with us on the long term.

We are adverse to straight automated harvesting or auto-scraping because they often produce honeypot and spamtrap addresses.

We are looking to make an IMMEDIATE decision andn need to get this effort started right away.

When bidding or replying, please include the anticipated yield, time required and short and long term pricing and availability.

When doing so, please understand this is your pilot chance to prove your skills and ability and there is a long term contract heedging on it.

Remember, we need quality ( valid emails ) targeted ( see above ) and quantity ( thousands and 10's/100's of thousands ) right away.
