Description

We are looking for experienced Craigslist ad posters to post ads in
8 cities throughout the United States in the: Housing Classification (:Vacation Rental and: apts/Housing and:Real Estate for Sale and Office/Commercial sections). I will provide content and the specific cities to the winning bidder. Ads for a homes for sale, rent and a vacation home for rent in Florida. I will provide a link to a service that provides ads for you to use in Http format. Ads can be saved so you do not need to make new each day.
If you need to change the ads to prevent getting banned please do so.

NUMBER OF ADS:

10 ads per day (7 days per week) initially. If you can successfully do this, the project will become a long-term and higher volume opportunity. Additionally, we have other jobs that I would offer you as well if you have web site editing services.

TIME OF POSTINGS:

3 ads in the same city each day one in each classification between 10am and noon Eastern Standard Time
7 ads (7 different cities, but the same 7) @ 10am and noon Eastern Standard Time

BUDGET:

$0.10 - $0.20 per ad, depending on how much verifiable experience you have successfully making ads stick on Craigslist.

GUIDELINES:

* We will not pay for flagged or ghosted ads.
* You need to know how to successfully use US-based proxies to switch IP's to ensure that the ads look like they’re posted from the US, have many of your own unique email addresses and PVAs, spin ad content, and whatever else is necessary to make the ads stick.
* We don’t care if you use automation tools or handwrite the ads, but the ads must look professional, readable, and they must stick. The ads must not look like spam.
* Provide a daily report with your ad links and posted times in an Excel spreadsheet. All ads are verified.
* Be easily reachable through email and GoogleTalk.
* Please provide a test with 10 ads to prove that you can make your ads stick. Specific cities will be provided for your test.

Please only bid if you are an experienced Craigslist poster familiar with PVAs, successfully using US-based proxies, and all the things necessary to make ads stick.

We are looking for someone ready to begin immediately.

Please submit your bid on a per-ad basis and include a specific description of what services your bid includes. In your bid please confirm that you understand and are able to fulfill the requirements specified. Please also type "QUALIFIED" in your response to indicate that you have completely read this project’s requirements.

If you can do this CONSISTENTLY and do it well, I can expand to more cities doing the same thing. This is a VERY LONG
TERM continual project for a reliable person.
