Description

We are looking for a piece of automated trickle eMailing software which can email consecutive emails (not bot bulk-emailing) to between 2,500- 5000 recipients (or higher depending on how our lists grow)

We have tried subscription only mailing lists like topica but these are limited to inviting a limited number of clients to join and we have our own existing email lists we want to use…

We have also tried B’ccing our legitimate email campaigns but have been blacklisted as spam by senderscore for this before now…

Then we tried commercial bulk emailing groups like mailmailer.com but are sure that their bot bulk mailing system gets flagged as spam at most commercial email servers like yahoo and hotmail as their campaign stats tell us only 4.5% of our cleaned subscriber email lists reached their destination which is atrocious! (we got much better results just Bcc’ing our campaigns)

We need to trickle mail using our own domain to our lists without our legitimate email campaigns being blacklisted by senderscore and other “spam police” on the web...

Desriable features to this software would be:-

Database import function (e.g. .xls,dbase etc)
Duplicate email checking
Email address validator
HTML format
Logging

*Possibly with SMTP bypass to get mail directly to recipient without causing mailserver traffic jams

We are a genuine consortium of 3 companies connected with the Church not spammers
