Facebook Promotion/Marketing Project.

I have a Facebook Fan page for an Eco Friendly/Green Website. The website is very good quality and well liked.

I can PM you the facebook page after you bid.

I would like you to:
1) Recruit 10,000 fans for the fan page.
2) Fans can come from any country
3) Fans must be interested in the environment, going green, sustainable living, nature, conservation, eco friendly, etc.

Techniques I have used:
1) Posted discussion topics to other related pages and groups
2) Posted links and comments to other related pages and groups
3) However, Facebook threatened to ban me for posting similar messages! How do you avoid this?
4) Send a message to fans asking them to spread the word!

Requirements:
1) You must be an expert on how facebook works, how to develop fan pages
2) You must know how NOT to get banned from facebook.
3) You must have experience with facebook projects and good feedback.
4) No fake members all should be real people. I will check the progress on daily basis.

Please answer the following questions in your bid:
1. How will you go about adding fans to the page?
2. How will you avoid being banned from facebook?
3. How will you get people who are interested in the topics mentioned above?
4. What experience have you had getting Fans?
5. What other techniques can be used apart from the ones I mentioned above?


We will only award to people who bid with these questions answered with the bid.

Any other marketing expertise will be great (e.g. twitter).

There will be ongoing work should this project be successful.

Payment:
Based on milestones, 25% paid for every 2500 fans delivered.
