Description

Hi freelancers, I have posted up this project before but haven't had any decent feedback from the previous freelancers. Basically I have a web hosting service at http://s-o-h-a-i-l-t-e-c-h.com (without the dashes). I sell each basic package at $5 per month and I am willing to pay 200% for each referral meaning I will pay $10 for each client referred and because I need 50 sign ups, that would add up to $500. Payment is via escrow and will be sent half-way through at the project at 25 customers, and another $250 when the final 25 are done.

I don't do any upfront payments for campaigns I want someone who can give me results as I need this done urgently.
