i need 20,000 unique USA targeted traffic for my freebie site http://www.downtownfreebies.com

traffc must

be unique

be real traffic no auto hits or anything of the sort

be USA UNIQUE traffic

preferred budget for project is between 30 to 100 dollars if you need to bid higher feel free to do so but please tell me in great detail as to how you are going to get me the traffic specified and describe your plan of action to me in detail please.

also no upfront payments money will be paid through gafl escrow service money will be put into escrow as soon as winner is picked if you want payment upfront i ask you bid somwhere else please.

also not really looking for SEO so much just the traffic so please detail how you can get it and make sure it is real traffic thanks!
