Description

We have two websites in the same sector. Links are required for BOTH sites.

Links must be on a relevant site – automotive / vehicle related sites.

I reserve the right to refuse any link made or request a replacement. You must send a list of pages for approval before you submit.


Requirement:

1 We require 100 one way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking to each of the two sites.
2 Full details of each site submission are required. Must provide excel document detailing the URL, page rank for each link. Min PR3+ pages.
3 Link pages must be google cached within past one month.
4 Must use keyword phrases as anchor text - these will be provided. Same key phrases are applicable to both sites.


Payment :
Money will be released once that all links are verified and after that the links are memorized in cache.

Specifications:

- 100 one Way Links to each site. 30% overlap allowed, i.e. 30% of pages can link to both sites.
- static & permanent one way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. No dynamic links.
- Min PR3+, with at least 10 from PR4+
- Links from relevant sites only – automotive / car / vehicle related sites
- Links must be listed/indexed
- Link must not be on a page with more than 10 outbound links
- Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
- Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords.
- NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code.
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
- Links should not be on Flash sites or pages.
- Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag.
- Links should not be from framed pages
- All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well.
- Links must not be labelled, sponsored links, or ads
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
- All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block).
- Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction).
- Links must be in text, no graphics.
- No links using any automated techniques or black-grey hat techniques
- No blog comment spam
- No link from: guestbooks, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites.
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- Links must be pointing from UK or different european countries
- English language sites only
- To be implemented over a 4 week period, with weekly update
- Links from sites that already link to us will not count

- Excel spreadsheet including the following columns
- Date submitted
- Date accepted
- Link URL (the URL where our link is located) – with hyperlink
- Page rank of the link URL
- Alexa rank of the link URL
- Type of link –
- Anchor Text
