Description

I need 30 inbound on-way links for each of two real estate websites (60 links total).

All links must meet the following requirements:

1. I need a good variety of one way links that when totaled, average a PR4 or higher
(for example: (5)PR2, (5)PR3, (5)PR4, (5)PR5 and (5)PR6 or any combination that averages PR4 or higher and has a good variety).
2. Links page not more than one click away from main index page
3. IMPORTANT, I don’t want any of these : - NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO BLOGS, NO FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites, no classifieds or pharmacy or stocks or mortgage, gaming, forums, web directories, political, guestbooks, dynamic links black hat links.
4. No hidden links, mouseover or page-rank hoarding tricks, shady triangulation techniques that can be detected by search engines like Google, Yahoo etc..
5. Only links from quality sites not sites that cloak/hide/manipulate their links pages.
6. Less than 25 links per page and links should be added gradually each day - not all in a couple of days.
7. Links not be through JavaScript, redirect script, or framed pages and no Flash sites or flash pages.
8. All links should be free and all links have to be new, existing links to my site will not be counted.
9. Page containing link must be listed in Google and Yahoo cache
10. Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire.
11. All links must be indexable by googlebot no robots.txt blocking etc.
12. All links must be static, standard href type links (no cgi etc.) and direct using provided anchor text.
13. Must be one link per IP/domain
14. Sites relevant to Real Estate only

All links MUST BE PROVIDED in a spreadsheet.
All links MUST BE APPROVED by me.

I have much more work needed in the future.
