Description

Westwind (founded 2006, based in Israel) provides practical, affordable online management tools which facilitate common tasks and procedures in the business environment. We currently offer on-line appraisal (traditional and 360 degrees feedback) and surveys management systems. Currently, our products available only in our home-country.

Project details
We are aiming at global, worldwide marketing of our services and products.
This project is composed of two parts:
1.Market research, definitions of target customers and markets, competitors, prices, tendencies etc.
2.Development and execution of a complete marketing plan, with emphasis on online marketing and business growth.

The plan should target the following issues:
1.Branding, commercial identity
2.Product and Service Positioning
3.Pricing, based on adequate economical model
4.Target costumers definitions (sectors, geographic)
5.Operative marketing strategy (activities and schedule)
6.Sales, budget and financial projections (preferably for the first 5 years)
7.Preparation of investors proposal sheet

Prerequisites
Proven experience in developing and execution of marketing plans, with successful bottom-line results. Preference will be given to proven experience in relevant fields (software, HR, management). References will be appreciated.
