Description

1. Links should be from relevant/legit sites. Sites in the debt relief, debt settlement, credit card debt, financial services, budgeting, credit counseling, etc.

2. All links must be permanent, one way static html links with the 1-3 anchor texts of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.

3. The link pages should be indexed with PR4 or higher by Google. No redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.

4. Link page must be static, search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.) Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt

5. Link pages must be cached by Google and Yahoo.

6. NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, no teens/children, no classifieds or pharmacy or stocks or mortgage, gaming, guestbooks, no dynamic links, no black hat links

7. Each linking page must have no more than 20 outbound links.

8. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses.

9. English language web sites only.

10. Links must be static, standard href type links (no cgi etc.) and direct using provided anchor text/s.

11. One way non-reciprocal links.

12. Links must be permanent and active (no temporary links)

15. Payment 1/2 after link is verified via URL with Page Rank, 1/2 after Google has the indexed the page with link.

16. Links that will not match the above guidelines will not be counted.

17. Payment will be made only for links that meet the above guidelines
