Project is for a online shopping Web site

Link building
Requires one-way text links:

*linking page must be PR3+ links
*Minimum of 500 links
*only 20% of all links can be PR3 the rest must be higher
with atleast 10% higher than PR5
*Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted.
*Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
*Links should not be on Flash sites or pages.
*Links must be in text, no graphics.
*Links may not not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted).
*Links may not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag
*Links may not be from framed pages
*All links should be free (i,e, not paid for).
*All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block)
*Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction).
*Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc...
*must not be from a bad hosting
*Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
*Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code.

A complete list of all links must be presented to us, and inspected, and pass our approval before payment will be made.

All links must be from relevant sites discussing the subject of the links. I reserve the right to refuse any link made. We will refuse links made to inappropriate sites, pornographic sites, link farms, non-subject related sites etc.

Freelancer must NOT make forum users, etc. upset with blatant or irrelevant link postings; such links will be ignored and may result in cancellation of this project.

As links are obtained they must be sent to us on a daily basis so we can verify and accept/reject them as they are obtained.
