Need to get my website to the top five on natural google search for the following search terms.

Keywords:
North Kingstown Property; --- about 319,000 results
North Kingstown Homes; --- about 200,000 results
Real Estate Jamestown; --- about 1,960,000 results
East Greenwich Property; --- about 2,010,000 results
East Greenwich Homes; --- about 1,730,000 results

A different landing page can be created for each key word set or back links can be used or any combination of stratagies that will work to get front page top five natural rankng on google for these terms. White hat methods only.

To avoid confusion about quality of links, value for money etc, this is a money for results campaign.

20% of bid will be paid for each first page google ranking for group of key words. example when "North Kingstown Homes" appears on the in the first five unpaid google placement 20% of bid will be paid, when "North Kingstown Property" places in the top five an additional 20% will be paid,,etc.up to 100% of bid. We are willing to escrow 100% funds.

If performance is good, we will want to retain seo expert to maintain results and add some key word phrases.
