We would like to establish a partnership which will produce a strategy for promoting our site to ensure we get at least 200 sign ups per week for the next 20 weeks

We need real UK based people to sign up for our free to use auction based site, we auction mostly jewellery and some gift items on a countdown basis with auctions being built up so we finish them every 5 minutes or so.

There is no cost to register so we do not anticipate this as a difficulty, the target group is women 18 - 60.

We would like a strategy which could contain some or all of the following ,Links,e mails, Blogs Social networking, using BEBO and Face book we would like to promote and obtain lots of friends being able to publish on other pages would be good.If you propose to use PPC or advertising you must include the cost's within your bid.

We are an honest family based business with strong reputation which we would like to maintain and would ask that no black hat or google banned methods are used.

We would like your proposals to provide some info on how you would achieve our target of 200 sign up's per week.

We will pay per sign up and will consider the additional payment against area's of work. You may propose a straight sign up fee or a cost fee, obviously those who can deliver the sign up's will see the benefit of regular payments and show us they have the confidence and expertise to deliver.

Our site is such we will require to constantly market to ensure a tranch of new people on a regular basis and the right person could be in a position where we will provide frequent and regular work.

Please provide a basic plan with full costs to go on,we have to select from many so the more information you can provide the better chance for you to win this project and establish a beneficial long term relationship.

We will pay only on completion of agreed plan, this may be staged or regular however do not bid if you cannot accept payment will only be by this manner, we will not make any upfront payments.
