Hello,

We are a relatively new site, supplying movie reviews and news to a predominantly European audience. We have been established for around six months, with regular updates in that period. Traffic is steady, but we need some good SEO and/or link building done to push up our visitor numbers and put us higher in the search engine rankings.

What we want:

- Someone to take a look at our site and make/implement recommendations to improve our SEO and page rank.
- A plan of what will be done and how.
- Search engine friendly links.
- One month to evaluate the effectiveness of the changes before payment is made.
- Better search engine rankings.
- Anything else you feel would be appropriate to improve our position.
- A written report or spreadsheet of what has been done so we can test the results.
- Robots.txt friendly links with no "nofollow".

What we don't want:

- Black-hat tactics.
- Anything which violates the Google TOS.
- Reciprocal linking.
- Forum/blog spamming.
- Directory entries (these are mostly already done).
- Numerous links from single class C ranges.
- Automated submissions.
- Links which expire after a few days.
- Banned or inappropriate sites linking to us (porn, warez, gambling, dating, paid sites, flash, java, spam sites)
- Links generated via popups, popunders or any other method than a solid, static link.

I'm sure I don't need to go on about what we don't need. I have done my research and know there are many of you out there who can do this work in a tidy, efficient and ethical manner. We are keen to grow in a safe and legitimate manner, so if the results are good, there will almost certainly be more work for the right person. We have an initial budget of $100, so please don't bid above this amount if you want to do the job. You will be paid promptly at the end of the month's evaluation period.
