We are seeking a strong SEO proposal for a website in the professional web design category. The proposal must offer real strategies for achieving the following goals:

- Achieve a PR 5 or better for the homepage.
- Rank in top ten (first page SERPs) positions for the Big Three SE's (Google, Yahoo, MSN)for approx ten(10) root-key-phrases, and many other derivatives.
- Generate a large amount of "Google Recognized" permanent backlinks.
- Utilize only "white-hat" methods.
- Provide regular reporting.
- Term: 6 months to achieve these results.

Payment terms: GAF Escrow only. We can workout partial payments along the way.
