Description

I have some realistic expectations and know nothing happens overnight. The keywords I'm wanting to get on "upper page" 1 of google are realistic keywords.

I'm looking for someone that communicates in english very well, has vast experience in SEO and can provide proof as well as is an honest hard worker.

The website you will be doing SEO on has never had any SEO done on it to date, (has more visitors than any of my competitors according to Alexa) however is very profitable and can already provide the right SEO pro a longterm "part time" or "full time" income depending on what your needs are.

I'm looking for a pro to analize my market for me, find out what my competitors are doing right and what there doing wrong and put together a sufficient plan that will eventually place us above them in search results and then exicute the plan.

I'm open to any type of compensation (salary, by the job, by the hour, by the link etc.)so don't worry so much about your bid -rather describe how you would like to be paid for this possible ongoing work. Of course I'm looking for a "win-win" situation.

I like a good communicator and expect to be on instant messenger with you multiple times per week so you can show me what your doing and run ideas by each other.
